Our ability to move through the world with ease, vitality and grace depends on a strong core.
Developing your core – pelvic floor, diaphragm, spinal column – enables a balanced and kind, empowered and impactful you. It also ensures vitality throughout life in mind, body and spirit.
As modern life takes its toll, the combination of a sedentary lifestyle, childbirth, aging and hormonal changes can weaken our core. This frequently causes painful, and at times serious, problems with vital muscular and organ functions. By empowering the core, we lift up what gravity pulls down and walk taller in the world.
In this GloForward workshop, you will learn yogic techniques to uplift all your dimensions. Physical, Energetic. Emotional. Intellectual. Spiritual. You will:
Increase awareness of your own anatomy so that you can easily & effectively engage in strengthening practices
Build better tone in daily life by integrating muscle activations with breath
Practice a therapeutic, energizing and accessible yoga session
Quiet the mind by utilizing techniques to lift awareness & energy up into the heart
Access tools to incorporate ongoing practice easily into daily life
After several practices, you'll feel noticeable benefits which include: calmer mind/less anxiety, greater sense of balance, enhanced sexual gratification, less lower back pain, improved control of bladder function, better physical alignment and a more confident, energized presence.
With your workshop attendance, you'll receive:
Access to workshop and live Q&A for your specific questions
Ongoing access to the recorded workshop to facilitate your continued practice
Short videos with "up-lifting" practices while sitting, standing & lying down in everyday life
Access to a private Facebook group for community support around the topic
We look forward to practicing with you!
A sacred space will be created online to respect your privacy. Only the workshop facilitators will be seen on video, unless you choose to be seen during Q&A.
